Founded in 1996, UnCruise Adventures connects guests with nature and wildlife while exploring some of the most remote and scenic destinations on the West Coast of the Americas. Boutique yachts and small ships take 22 to 88 like-minded travelers on active adventures in spectacular wilderness areas. Nine adventure vessels cast aside the tradition of rigid cruise ship schedules for flexible itineraries and few scheduled port times allow the vessels to seek out wildlife and maximize adventure activities.
Yet guests also enjoy the more traditional meaning of cruising with gourmet cuisine, fine wines and pecialty microbrews, hot tubs and other amenities. Alaska cruise adventures deliver action, exploration, and the unexpected—paddling and hiking, calving glaciers, Glacier Bay National Park, bears, whales, and polar plunges. From early April into May, Southeast Alaska awakens.
Bears, baby animals, migrating grey whales and birds, budding forests, snow-covered peaks, gushing waterfalls, and Aurora Borealis sightings can be part of your experience.
