Itineraries

Day 1 | Anchorage Car Rental (not included)
Upon arriving in Anchorage free transfer to your hotel. Overnight at SpringHill Suites or similar.

Day 2 | Anchorage – Homer
Today we take the Seward Highway towards Seward. We suggest a couple of stopovers along the way to experience the magnificent landscapes. You’ll turn onto Sterling highway to reach Homer, passing through Kenai and Soldotna. Overnight in Homer at Aspen Hotel or similar.

Day 3 | Homer – Seward
We hit back the Sterling highway and again the Seward highway to reach Seward. Overnight in Seward at Gateway Hotel or similar.

Day 4 | Seward – Kenai Fjords Cruise
Kenai Fjords National Park Cruise with Buffet, from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Departing from Seward, this cruise glides pass seals, whales and puffins as we explore coastal rainforests, tidewater glaciers and remote Alaskan islands. Experienced and engaging captains narrate the trip, so you walk away knowing a whole lot more about Kenai Fjords National Park and its wonders. At your return a short trip to Sealife Center will help you remember all the animals you have seen during the cruise and learn more about the local sea fauna. Overnight at Gateway Hotel or similar.

Day 5 | Seward – Valdez
We drive back, along the Seward highway, in time to hit the Anton Anderson tunnel to reach Whittier and take the ferry to Valdez. (Ferry does not operate daily, please check the schedule before booking). Overnight at BW Harbor Inn or similar.

Day 6 | Valdez – Palmer
Today we will drive back to Glennallen on the Richardson highway to turn east towards Anchorage. A stop at the Matanuska Glacier is highly suggested before continuing to Knik. Overnight at Alaska River Lodge.

Day 7 | Palmer – Anchorage
Enjoy a short hike in this beautiful place before a short drive back to Anchorage to have the afternoon for leisure. Overnight at SpringHill Suites or similar.
